I don't know where she got that or if it is an official statement, but... well. Guess, all in all I'm still disappointed about the lack of background-info in general.

Okay, maybe the comics reflect the general idea of what Kripke had in mind as a background he can't work into filming of the show BUT since Kripke doesn't write/draw these comics himself and probably didn't sit down with the author to talk everything through, there have to be deviations from his original idea.

Furthermore, since not all fans of Supernatural are reading these comics, they will never be considered canon, no matter how much EK approves of them. And I never doubted that Kripke was okay with most of them. As long as they treat his creation right and know the core of the characters, nothing against that.

As for Anna, I'm kind of indifferent about her character coming back in season five. I certainly didn't dislike her but I honestly don't see the point in having her return for a number of episodes. As a matter of fact, I thought she was an okay character in 'I Know What You did Last Summer' and 'Heaven & Hell' but most of the time totally superfluous in every episode after that.

Yet, I'm definitely not surprised about the "spoiler" because of the way she was forced into the final episodes of season four. Her whole purpose seemed to be to remind the audience that Anna was still out there and would play a part in the transitional part of seasons four to five. And whether she'll appear beyond the first (couple) eps of the next season, who knows?

I suspect her playing a more or less important role in the first or second episode of the new season in connection to the rise of Lucifer but that's it.

Well, we've got good news for you: Sources assure us that angel Anna will reappear on Supernatural next season. Here's hoping Dean has better luck with her than Sam had with Ruby.

Well, I'm not thrilled, but OK. Anna wasn't my favorite, and it means more focus on Dean, but she could work, I guess.

I don't like Anna, I think her character (so far) is just incredibly boring,  she always says or does what I think she'll say or do and she is so completely clichéd that I keep zonig out when she talks. I really don't mean to make her look bad or anything and I am NOT one of those fans who doesn't want a woman in the series (I liked Ruby very much, even as a possible love-interest for Sam *takes cover behind the blue couch*) but her character is just... well... boring.

Even if they were to come up with some great way to integrate her into the story, I will never get past the utter ridiculousness of the revelation she's an angel...grace in a tree, no, wait in a vial, you can where around your neck....SERIOIUSLY

My first reaction to this post was: "Gotta check ebay if I can find some grace for my neck..."

But then I didn't do it because I was actually afraid of what I might find there...

No, seriously, you're right, either you lose it (and it is LOST, as in GONE forever) or... don't know about 'or', this is just too ridiculous to think about it.

Narf, couldn't stop myself thinking in time... If Anna, who is a fallen angel, can get her grace back because it can be bottled up then... Well, who do we know who is also a fallen ANGEL and whose grace would be worth even more than Annas'? Right, Lucifer comes to mind, if she can reborn as an angel, why can't he?

Erm. Nope, it doesn't look any less ridiculous than it did the first time I read it. This is just stupid.

And I didn't even mention the whole fallen angel as a meteor or shooting star, or whatever it was.  I haven't rewatched the ep, I think you can probably tell why .  Literal much???

Am I watching a show about Sam & Dean, or am I watching a show about Dean and Angels?  Seriously.  I am so done with this crap.   I give up.  The character I like is ignored, and the characters I don't like get all the screen time, and the writing sucks . . . what is the point?

I hereby shift my Thursday night alliance to the Mentalist.  Game over.

So, all the falling stars people see are actually angels falling from grace, huh? Wow, and I thought Cas said something about their numbers not being unlimited... [/sarcasm off]

This is what you get if you mix pop-culture with biblical themes and images... Shooting stars and bottled up juice. Now that's a picture I won't get out of my head any time soon...
