We all have our favorite overall moments... favorite brother moments... angst, funny, etc. But what about your favorite limp!Sam moments??
Mine is lamp cord Sammy in Home, followed by the awesome brother hug. Dead Sammy in Dean's arms is right up there, too.

The stranglation scene in Home, the beating and then getting shot in BDABR, oh and getting set on fire and then knocking himself out. The brief moment passed out in HOTH. Almost getting eaten by the ghouls. The seizure in WTLB. And vision Sam, and nosebleed Sam as well. Those are off the top of my head. lol

Getting tackled by YED's son in DT!! Of course, Dean heroically kicking the dude in the FACE and then helping a nearly-unconscious Sam to his feet made the scene even more special.

Sam getting sliced and losing a fingernail in A Very Supernatural Christmas - made even better by Dean's angry protests over his brother being hurt.

I'm very partial to the slit arms scene in 'Jump the Shark'. And 'When the Levee Breaks' was a limpSam fest with his withdrawal scenes that left my knees all wobbly; it was indeed played out to perfection by JP! I really can't say enough about his acting in that episode.
I truly love the hug in both 'Home' after the lamp cord choking him and when Dean holds his dead baby brother in his arms at the end of 'All Hell Breaks Loose I'. But these are more for the hug's sake than the whump itself, especially in 2.21 as I'm so not a fan of permanent damage and death scenes. These are too depressing for my liking.

Oh yeah, the slit arms scene was a great one too! And of course all the other ones everyone has/will post.

Others have mentioned my favorites already, the scenes in "Home" and "Nightmare" are great. The end when Sam gets stabbed in AHBL1, although it's just so sad the way Dean keeps talking to him because he wants Sammy to be okay. 
Not really a limp Sam moment, but I like the scene in Nightmare where Dean puts his hand out to stop Sam from walking in front of a car.

Hi, everyone!
This is my first post on the Limp!Sam forums.
I am a relatively new Supernatural fan, but I already love Limp!Sam and Protective!Dean.
I also love Worried!Dean.
Most of my favorite Limp!Sam moments have been listed already, but I also like Croatoan. Dean is so protective and unwilling to abandon Sam. He also threatens to kill anyone who makes a move on Sam.
Also, when the nurse attacks Sam in the same episode, Sam reaches for Dean. Dean goes to help him up and it looks like he mouths, "Sammy". So adorable!
I love the scene in Something Wicked when the baddie is trying to steal Sam's life/soul and Dean shoots it. He then says, "you okay, little brother?".
I love episodes where Dean is looking for Sam, like The Benders, Hunted, and Born Under a Bad Sign. In one of those episodes (I think in 'Hunted'), Sam tells Dean that he might not be able to control or protect him anymore, and Dean says, "I'll try".
These scenes are just a few of my favorites. I enjoyed WTLB, but it was also very dark and depressing.
My favorite kinds of scenes are when Dean is worried or protective and Sam is vulnerable or in danger.
